What this website collects

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking and sets no cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you enter in the demo form: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, role, fleet size, preferred times and message.

Why and for how long

We use these details only to contact you about your demo request and to follow up on it. We keep them as long as needed for that purpose, and delete them on request. We never sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who processes the data

The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Demo requests are sent by email and handled in Google Workspace. Both act as processors and process data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect their services.

The Zeemaat application

The Zeemaat application is used by registered customers. The data in it belongs to the customer that uses it, and is covered by the agreements with that customer.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent and object to processing. Email bert@zeemaat.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
